If you didn’t make it to our Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning Workshops, you missed a really great experience. There were approximately 20 delegates for each workshop from 9 different organisations. The “vibe” was great and the interaction between the participants was lively, constructive and very enjoyable. I think that we all came away feeling that we had learned something new and exciting – and enjoyed the experience. To see more photographs, have a look at our photo album.
It would seem that the delegates really did enjoy the workshops. The questionnaires completed at the end of the workshops reveal that:
- 91% found the content relevant and that their learning goals were achieved
- 96% thought the presenter very good, some feeling the pace was too slow and others that the pace was too fast.
- 90% thought that the venue was good, with just the wifi letting us down.
- 100% would recommend the workshops to their colleagues
The delegates who completed the Workforce Analytics workshop are now eligible for Continuing Professional Development points if they are registered with HCI (in the USA).
