I have been talking about Career Pathing for the New Way of Working and then this arrived on my desk. Buffer – an organisation that has never been fearful of “pushing the envelop”, now does it for Career Pathing. When they say “Engineer”, they mean what we call “Developer”, though to be truthful, they prefer to be called Engineer, and they do so much more than we did as Developers before.
So, my question is, how far are you prepared to go to innovate Career Pathing in your organisation?
