Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The success of the hybrid workplace of the future sits firmly on the shoulders of management, as the research in this article clearly demonstrates.

We have to train managers to change styles, activities and techniques of management from the “traditional” style of managing and leading, to the New Ways of Leading / Managing.  And the good news is, these new styles and techniques work just as well for inhouse workers as they do for remote workers.  So no need for managers to have two different styles.
