Organisation Change Maturity – Quick Assessment

Instructions

  1. Read through the descriptors for each organisation capability, e.g. Innovation, Agility, Collaboration, etc.
  2. Decide which descriptor best suits your organisation.  Try to be an honest as possible.  Noone will see this except you
  3. Enter the corresponding score next to the ability on the left.  You will notice that, when you start, it is always positioned on Innovation.
  4. Evaluate your average score.  Then scroll down to see your Organisation Capability Maturity Balance.
  5. Ideally, you want all organisation capabilities at the same level.  Then you work on your continuous improvement across the board from there.
