The Role of People-centric Groups in Organisation Design

For those interested in Organisation Design in our Agile New Way of Working, this is an interesting article by Jon Ingham that acknowledges that the new structures being created really are, one way or another, a form of matrix, albeit slightly looser than traditional matrix structures.  It also gives the caution that, this is Organisation Design – not just shuffling people around, and should still take into account all preparatory considerations of Organisation Redesign.
