The world is changing at a faster and faster rate and organisations and people struggle to keep up with this rate of change.
But this is an essentail because – even the rate of change is increasing. Meaning changes are happening faster and more often than ever before.
Unless we develop new ways of managing change, we won’t cope with the future world.
