Digital Team Effectiveness (DTE) measures how well teams perform, collaborate, and achieve outcomes within the digital workplace—whether they are co-located, remote, or hybrid. It reflects the degree to which digital tools, processes, and team dynamics combine to deliver cohesive performance, accountability, and innovation.

In essence, Digital Team Effectiveness assesses how effectively teams use digital technologies to work together, make decisions, and deliver value in a connected, technology-enabled environment.

Why Capability Maturity Matters
