Surveys

We offer a number of online surveys:

  • Employee Engagement Survey – standard Employee Engagement survey adapted for IT
  • Exit Interview Survey – can be done for a single exiting employee or for a number of exiting employees over time
  • Human Capital Management Maturity – Level 2 – Assess the processes that are in place required for level 2 maturity
  • Human Capital Management Maturity – Level 3 – Assess the processes that are in place required for level 3 maturity
  • Human Capital Management Maturity – Level 4 – Assess the processes that are in place required for level 4 maturity

The Human Capital Management Maturity surveys are based on the CMMI PCMM and help to assess whether or not your organisation is at a specific level before making plans to move to the next level.

To do a survey, complete the order process. We will then send you a link to be used for the survey as well as the final date for completion. On completion, we will evaluate the results and write a report on the results. We will send you the survey results as well as the report.
