The Digital and IT Capability Map is a visual representation of the Digital and IT Capability building blocks that most organisations need today.

When used correctly, this helps IT and HR management in organisations better understand the capabilities they need to develop, to achieve their desired results. Properly defined capability maps can help to save money, decrease risk and enable business growth.

Please note that this is a generic map and is not intended to represent any specific organisation or type of organisation. It is offered here as a resource or a checklist only.
