How we Work
When working with you on these Solutions, we fill a number of roles:
Sherpa – we travel the road with you – we navigate the journey, prepare the route, at times help to carry the load, at other times, retreat to a previous holding position if the journey ahead becomes too tricky. Our goal is not just to get you to the “summit”, but to get you there safely and sustainably, and then back to a “new” normal of operation.
Facilitator – we work with groups of people to understand a common objectives, to plan how to achieve the objectives, and to work together better to achieve the objectives.
Trainer – when necessary, we train people in the specific disciplines and technologies and ensure that we are all on the same page, have the understanding and skills necessary to proceed, and a common vernacular.
Coach – we hold the team accountable for getting things done. We help them meet deadlines, set clear objectives and reach the milestones.
Consultant – at times it may be necessary to bring our knowledge and experience into the process and improve the overall capability of the team as a whole.
