How we Work with Your Organisation!

We work predominantly through a "facilitation / product" combination. We do not sell our products as stand-alone at this stage.
Basically we help you to set up for your chosen direction and outcome. We facilitate the setting up of the necessary processes, workshops and governance to maintain the integrity of the process and outcomes, and we help to guide you through the process until you are comfortable to be using our products on your own.
At that stage we start backing out of the process, but we remain available for support and assistance at any time on your journey.

Our Bundles

We have 2 "bundles":

1. Set number of downloads from the website.
2. Unlimited use for three years - based on the number of IT employees in the organisation.

Both bundles include setting up the process, facilitation through the start-up and handing over to the client at a predetermined stage of the implementation process.

2. You will receive confirmation of your registration with your "userid" and "password"
3. Download the FREE role description so that you have a good idea of what you are getting.
4. Look at the list of role descriptions available to decide which you an idea of the information available to you.
5. Contact us for further information if necessary

Accept Proposal

1. We will ask you for relevant information for us to provide you with a proposal.
2. We will provide you with a proposal
3. You accept the proposal
4. We will invoice you and on receipt as per the Payment Schedule ..
5. We kick off the project

Project Implementation!

1. Relevant fora are established for overseeing and steering the project to completion
2. Responsibilities are allocated across the project team
3. A Project Plan is established for the completion of the project
4. You will be given access to the website to access the relevant information, Job Descriptions, and Competency Profiles
5. The project is monitored through to completion

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a set number of downloads, once the information is downloaded in PDF format, the download count is increased by 1, and you will not be able to change the information. This can impact a situation where information needs to be checked separately. In this case it is preferable to use the unlimited use option.
