How we Work with You!

We try to keep our pricing as simple as possible, and the order processing even more simple.
All prices are listed in ZAR and in US$. You may select which currency you want to use for the transaction.

Our Bundles

• Platinum Subscription - includes a 2-year, unlimited use subscription to all the TalentAlign Position Descriptions and Competency Profiles, including all supporting documents, guides and tools.
• Gold Subscription - includes a 2-year, unlimited use subscription to all the TalentAlign Position Descriptions and Competency Profiles, but excludes all supporting documents, guides and tools.
• Silver Subscription - is based on a bundle of "downloads" from a single download to a bundle of up to 130 downloads. A download is 1 x Job Description, OR 1 x Competency Profile, OR 1 x supporting document, guide, or tool. All downloads must be taken up within a period of 6 months from the date of the order.

Workshops

We supply the material for you to conduct your own workshops. We will facilitate these workshops for you, but our time for this facilitation is not included in the price as published on the website.

Surveys

We provide access to a number of surveys from the website. We will either do the survey and a full analysis and provide you with a report of our findings, or we will do the survey and provide you with the data to do your own analysis. Prices are provided for both scenarios

How to Order

1. You first need to register with TalentAlign.com - this is FREE!
2. You will receive confirmation of your registration with your "userid" and "password"
3. Download the FREE role description so that you have a good idea of what you are getting.
4. Look at the list of role descriptions available to give you an idea of the positions available to you.
5. Decide on the "Bundle" that you would like to purchase.
6. Click on our Price List, and make your selection.
7. Click on "Check out with Paypal", and your order will be processed.
8. On completion of the order process you will be taken directly to the section for you to start your work.

Contact us for further information if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a bundle of downloads, once the information is committed to PDF format, the download count is increased by 1, and you will not be able to change the information. This can impact a situation where information needs to be checked separately. In this case it is preferable to use the unlimited use option.

PLEASE NOTE: All prices are quoted for payment through Paypal. If you want us to process your order manually, a 20% surcharge will be added.
